1988 in The Gulf of Mexico
On this day in 1988 Lisa and I were on a dinner dance cruise in the Gulf of Mexico.
At sunset we had Captain Anderson II marry us.
That was 38 years ago.
We both were 24 years old.
Note that we inadvertently had the same hair cut😆
Today we will be back in the GofM on the Calypso Queen to celebrate our anniversary.
We are now both 62 years old.
Note that we still have the same hair cut😆😆
Lisa asked our Captain if he had heard of Captain Anderson II, the cruise we took 38 years ago. And his response was “Well no, I am 38 years old”😆
