Stick or Twist?
Unfortunately the last thing I looked at last night before bed was the weather forecast🙄
Isaias is heading directly for our location
Four hours of sleep later…..
We don’t have a good hand, so I think we will have to twist our way out of here and go west a few days sooner than planned.
We had planned to be at Ponchatoula Louisiana on Sunday; if we leave tomorrow (Thursday) and get there in the afternoon we will be just about clear the path of Isaias which is supposed to hit the coast late Friday / early Saturday.
I have been asked several times over the last seven years or so what we would do in our Van in the event of a bad storm, and the answer was always simply “move away”. I didn’t think it would happen this soon, but thats ok….another memory is about to be made.
