Cumberland Falls Kentucky
Cumberland Falls is five minutes drive from our campsite; so we thought we’d pop over to see it.
This is actually from our hike in Gatlinburg but I forgot to use it.
Cumberland Falls State Park is great for a short stay and there are several scenic areas to spend time in. We’re hiking today, grilling out tonight, then tomorrow we’ll be getting ready to head out to Elizabethtown Wednesday morning.
Naturally we are watching some of the World Cup games. The tournament is already proving to be exciting, especially since the USA team got off to such a good start.
Thank you for these photos. They strike a special 🎶 chord for me of course. As you know from experience, we hold onto extraordinary times from our pasts. But we embrace ‘a few’ of them with a special vigor.
