Stage 4 – Our Storage Unit – A Home Out of Home
Our storage unit turned out to be the makings of a good memory. Strangely, this phase was one of the most emotion provoking. We rented a 20′ by 10′ storage unit from Heartland Self Storage on North Miles. It is hard to describe the attachment we (mainly I) had with our new place for our stuff. But as we added more and more of our life’s possessions to the rented space, it became like an extension of our home.
